Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SwipeGK. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use SwipeGK.

The SwipeGK service

SwipeGK provides General Knowledge and Current Affairs quizzes, practice material, audio revision, and related learning features. Features may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued as the service develops.

SwipeGK is a study aid and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official source for any examination authority unless expressly stated. We work to keep content useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that every question, answer, explanation, ranking, or current-affairs item is complete, current, or error-free. Always consult official examination notices and sources.

Accounts and eligibility

Some features require a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of that account and for activity performed through it. You must provide accurate information, use only an account you are authorized to use, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms yourself, a parent or legal guardian must do so for you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law or infringe another person's rights through the service.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, security, rate limits, or access controls.
• Interfere with the service, introduce malicious code, or probe for vulnerabilities.
• Use automated means to scrape or extract content without our permission.
• Impersonate others, submit misleading information, or abuse contact features.
• Copy, republish, sell, or commercially exploit SwipeGK content without permission.
• Manipulate quiz, registration, ranking, or competition results.

Content and intellectual property

SwipeGK and its original software, branding, interface, questions, explanations, and other content are owned by SwipeGK or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for non-commercial learning in accordance with these terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as a profile image or support message. You give us permission to host, process, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate and support the service.

Third-party services

SwipeGK relies on services such as Google and Supabase. Your use of third-party services may also be governed by their terms. We are not responsible for a third party's independent services, availability, or practices.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using SwipeGK at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk for users or the service, or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limitations—will continue to apply.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwipeGK is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, particular exam results, selection, employment, or any other outcome from using the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwipeGK and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, opportunity, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The revised terms will be posted here with a new updated date. Continuing to use SwipeGK after revised terms take effect means you accept them.
